Wayne's career in Health and Safety began in 1997 within the Department of National Defence involving transportation, distribution and management of fuel and services. Wayne is a graduate of the University of New Brunswick’s OH&S programs, the University of Alberta and Ivey School of Business Leadership Programs, and holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the Alberta School of Business, University of Alberta.
Wayne brings over 30 years of logistical and HSE experience to Energera having managed health, safety, and environmental programs for private industry and larger corporations working in civil construction and the oil and natural gas industry throughout Canada, the United States, as well as parts of Argentina.
Wayne Clarke is being promoted from his prior position as Director, HSE. Wayne’s professional integrity and dedication is evident in the relationships built throughout the organization, and with customers. Anand received his BE in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Madras, his MSc in Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Greenwich, and his doctorate in Materials Engineering from the University of Alberta.
Anand’s experience includes work with CNRL, Bantrel and Syncrude in materials engineering and processes, as well as reliability and production. He is a member in good standing with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA) and the International Society of Petroleum Engineers.
Anand Natarajan is being promoted from his prior position as Manager, Innovation & Design. Anand is a leader, innovator and strategist that builds impactful relationships within the company, with partners and clients. David has a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and a Masters in Petroleum and Geoscience Engineering from UT Austin. Career highlights include over 25 years with Schlumberger in positions ranging from Senior Staff Engineering supervising operational treatments, through Vice President, Engineering Advisor, Worldwide. He then spent three years with Keane Group LLC before moving on to a software startup for Energy Services.
